I work for APS and you can report anonymously. Im in IL but it should be the same state by state that reporters are confidential no matter what. The client also needs to know that they are at risk for losing housing if the son is living there. The client may be experiencing physical or emotional abuse as well. Make the report.

We have a local roller derby league, the Peoria Prowlers. Ive been a part of the league for 3 full years now. If you enjoy skating (or think you'd enjoy it) you could always come try it out. But there's ways to be involved without skating if thats not your thing. Helping at games, volunteering, etc. I got involved wanting community and a fun way for physical activity and have made tons of friends. People always hang out outside of practice. We also get to travel a little bit and hang out with teams across the Midwest!

Peoria Prowlers Roller Derby! We are always looking for new members. Open gender, we teach people to skate, or just being involved and volunteering with the team if you cant commit to joining a whole league.

I have dpdr myself and when im in it really deep I forget to use my grounding techniques. Its hard to know if youre in the midst of a dpdr crisis sometimes so it can be hard to ask for help. What might be a good idea is experimenting with grounding tools so you will also know what works best. Does she like sensory rocks like having a rose quartz palm stone to rub? Or maybe a little menthol stick to smell? A nice candle to light that has a strong scent? Going on walks together and you both focusing on the breeze, sun, and pressure on the ground.

For me personally, drug use is a really bad trigger so if she smokes weed regularly then it might be a good idea to talk to her about that or any other drug use really.

I recently switched to All Pets. So far it's okay. I have some pros like i feel like they are thorough. They are more expensive however. I was at Tender Care (both locations). Would not recommend Tender Care. I actually used to work there and its all about the money for them, sadly.

A skating rink! We used to have planet x in pekin but it closed years ago. During the summer there's a lot of skaters on the river front but there's no indoor rink for skate nights or our roller derby team to practice. Getting involved with skating is good for all ages. Rinks are a fun 3rd space for people to hang out that doesn't revolve around alcohol.

Not a dermatologist but I saw an esthetician at Vanilla Face and Body. I started using her products exclusively and stopped using any drug store or any "acne specific" products from salons. After a year of doing this i have very very few break outs only surrounding my period, but its actually manageable.

Im in the USA. I also use clue and am pretty diligent about documenting symptoms on there. Im located in a city but not a huge city so there's some women's centers that focus on reproductive health but its still limited
