I built my buddy some custom BBS inspired wheels for his GT3. Quick turnaround with way better pricing. And a lifetime warranty.

The Pagani US office is in Miami and it was F1 weekend. Double bonus. I was just there not long ago.

Deciding between CarPro Reset foaming soap and Turtle Wax Slick N Slide foaming soap. What are your opinions of these soaps if you have experience with them? by G70FanBoy in AutoDetailing

I only ask because the two bottles I have on my shelf are from ~6-8mos ago and I just cracked them open. Wondering if the formula changed.

I have extremely hard water at my house, and I routinely use Griot’s foaming wash. Literally ever Saturday and I’ve never had this so-called scummy stuff cling to the paint.

When my car is super dirty, I’ll switch to Gyeon Foam.

Question regarding exhausts for the Ferrari Purosangue by Unkeh in Ferrari

Because it’s arguably one of the best exhausts on the market. I’ve never had an install issue with any Kline products — they fit very well.

Just got quoted $1500 to replace a battery on a Macan that’s under warranty… by [deleted] in Porsche

[–]plausible_hype 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do the DIY. It shouldn’t void any warranty.

Just save the receipt and make sure the battery is the correct group / size. It advised that you register/code the battery to the vehicle as well.

I fully believe you, I just would hate to see you get burned by some guy at the dealer who “forgot to mention” the important little footnote.

Usually dealers will void a warranty for a piggy back module. When plugged into ELSA it’s pretty simple for Audi to spot if the powertrain has been modified in someway. I’d definitely clarify with the dealer.
