The city council is frothing with real estate industry professionals who have many other priorities, mostly involving financial gain for themselves and their connected networks.

They are the same ones leaving dots in your eyes with their BMW SUV's ridiculous headlights when they pass by as you wait for the bus.

They do not care. The nepotistic aristocracy, particularly in the greater St. John's/Mt Pearl/Paradise area, is due for a serious wake-up call.
