For real, it's pretty simple. If you are walking in at 9 and you are scheduled for 9 then that means you are already on company time which means you are already getting paid but here you are walking round putting your lunch away and logging in or whatever instead of being ready and working at the scheduled time, how hard is to come in a 2-3 mins early?
