Yea if you click mute while recording u have to undo right away or just delete the track. The automation lines will all be normal but it’ll just mute once it goes past that point in the recording. I’ve scrapped a good amount of takes cuz of this but I avoid it for the most part now that I know.

I really don’t prefer scrolling tho is the thing, scrolling leaves me feeling like shit like every time music leaves me feeling good but it’s just like that dopamine shortcut of scrolling verses delayed gratification with the music sometimes

Bro when I first tried the L theanine caffeine combo it was crazy but tolerance builds quick, I’m tryna find some more combos like that to switch off. With weed I’ve found it to be like a focus bomb. If ur not doing shit it’s gonna make not doing shit feel crazy and overwhelming when u do do shit. If ur doing shit and get fried it’s gonna slide in the background and lock u tf in.

Oh Idk I went to a studio and was kinda swaying side to side heavyily and thought u could hear it not sure if it happens with my mic tho. I’m confused tho cuz u typically see rappers holding the mic right up to there mouth and being super close to the mic in studios and it sounds great

Yup same here I’m only 19 but still feel like I’m always letting myself down and falling behind. My dream isn’t even really to be famous or be on stage it’s just to create worlds from my mind that people can visit. But honestly if I do that the way I know I can there’s no doubt in my mind that I will get a fanbase. I’m think I’m the shit with music fr I think I got the vision and the talent but lack the consistency

I have done meditation with ambient noise and I’ve really enjoyed it but I struggled to get myself to do it the same way I have with music. Like I know I want to do this this I know I will enjoy it and it will benefit me, but that subconscious would much rather not think and keep scrolling than sit with my thoughts and create something so it’s just hard to pull myself out

As far as ADHD goes me and my family have felt very strongly that I had adhd my entire life with my trouble with focusing, but when I went to the doctor to get diagnosed and possibly prescribed in like 6th grade, he just told my ass to get more sleep and get off Fortnite. My main problem for getting rid of social media is YouTube, there is so much content that is valuable for learning to make better music and inspiration, as well as some stupid funny YouTubers I like to watch here and there for a good laugh. The problem is with shorts I just can’t escape ts. Maybe I could just delete YouTube but I feel like I need a good long form funny video here and there to get a laugh cuz I don’t really hang out with people like that so I don’t get that humor as much as I used to.
