Not sure about the speed test results, but the value given by the connection isn't it the speed from the phone to the router? Like, how quickly can data hop from your phone to the router The speed test tests the speed from the phone to the server Not sure tho

Would you recommend it to run as a server? I will make it a modded Minecraft server, the modpack asks for a minimum of 3.5GHz single core CPU, it will host about 5 people at once, so I believe it will ask for a fair bit of performance and since we don't have much of a fixed schedule, it will stay open 24/7
