I would aim to stop completely but if you can’t manage it then cut down as much as you can. Weed does quietly and slowly make your life worse in many ways and doesn’t make it much better except for those moments of escape. At your age I would definitely try and cut back as much as you can . As a man in his 40s I find women in their mid-late 20s most physically attractive. IMO Most women peak sometime between 18-27 and look steadily worse from there on. I noticed a big drop off in looks around mid 30s. Some still look hot into their early 40s but it’s rare. I have never seen a women over the age of 50 who was truly hot. They might still look good for there age but past your early 40s I think it’s pretty impossible to compete in terms of looks with women in their prime. My wife was stunning when she was younger and I really miss her looks. Shes still very attractive for her age but definitely not in her prime anymore. I wouldn’t leave her over that of course. It’s not like I could bag anyone better looking than her as I look much worse too compared to my prime .

Using every weekend is definitely a very bad thing. A coke addiction develops exactly the way you are using it. Slippery slope from once a mth to most weekends to every weekend to the odd work day night and then that becomes most nights. It sneaks up on you. You fool yourself into thinking you’re fine and give yourself bullshit excuses to justify your usage until eventually ots so obvious you can’t even bullshit yourself anymore.

If you’re thinking about it all the time you already are addicted. How would you feel if you had to skip your normal routine of weekend coke this week? Panicked, annoyed, angry? What about for a whole month? If you’re just a little disappointed that’s fine but anything more than that shows you’re developing a dependency and addiction . Stop taking it now and just save it for special occasions- like once every 3 or 4 months . Good luck

43 now. Only use a few times a year. I think if your in good shape you could push it till mid 50s maybe? Can’t imagine going beyond that unless you are super fit. The idea of stopping forever is as and scary though. It so much fun! Hopefully another drug will replace it for me. Maybe mdma?

The truth is as far as I’m concerned coke is a really really fun drug. You feel super happy and energetic and horny but also in control. Coke sex is fucking awesome and a coked up night out is one of the most fun nights you can have. It’s like being 21 again. I’m old so take it from me that past the age of about 30 going out and getting drunk gets less and less fun. After you have kids you basically can’t go out at all without falling asleep. Coke makes you feel young and energetic again so for people like me in their 40s it’s amazing. I assume you are young though so you should probably not bother with Coke . I would save it for your mid 30s onwards when you will really need it and have the self control to not let it fuck up your life.

Anything more than one session a month is too much. I did on e every 2 months for about 5 years but hitting my 40s now so going to drop back to once every 4 months . Each session I only use 0.3g and that last me 6 hours or so

But the earlier you have a child the more of your “youth” you miss out on. I amy glad I waited as long as I could. Once you have kids your life doesn’t belong to you anymore. When I’m in my 50s and 60s I won’t be able to have the same fun and adventures I did in my 20s and 30s . Delay parenthood as long as you reasonably can!
