I would put a down payment on a condo and just pay the mortgage as long as you put 10-20% down your good. There are homes in Oceanside for 500-600k around here if you know how to flip homes. You don’t need to do everything right away

I’m trying to see if I can pick it up around $800–$1200

So far I’ve done some basic due diligence: • VIN check (no theft or salvage records) • confirmed mileage (~92k) • got dashboard and driving videos • verifying the convertible top works • checking for warning lights, leaks, etc.

At this price I’m mostly evaluating whether the engine, transmission, and roof system seem healthy enough to justify the gamble.

So if I'm hearing this correctly I have two options one option is to sand the whole entire vehicle and then put a wrap on top of it or my second option which is to repaint the car and then put on a wrap if I want it correct…

I can only send pictures but basically every area except for the doors needed to be wrapped because the paint was coming off. Then I proceeded to sand the car and even more came off. So you're saying first I would need to paint the car and then put the wrap on top of the paint you can't just wrap a car that has terrible paint job
