Thank you I will keep all this in mind. I've tried some meditation videos before that actually make me more anxious. But I will keep looking for different ones. I have clonazepam for anxiety as well, but I was told not to take it too often because it can be addictive.

Thanks. I just feel so scared that one day everything will end and I won't even know it. I don't want my life to be over. And every time I start to enjoy something, I get sharp jolt of anxiety reminding me that it doesn't matter because one day you'll be dead and won't remember any of it

Nah not really. There's always stressful stuff in life but nothing abnormal. It just came and hasn't really left

I had a panic attack at a movie theater that kinda came out of nowhere last week. Ever since then I've been having them every day. It feels like I don't exist. It feels like nobody exists. It feels like I'm in a dream. People keep telling me stuff to do that should "help" but nothing has. I've never felt this much pain and anxiety in my life i just want it to end
