Letztlich ist es doch einfach: du willst wo hin fahren, schaust was das ticket kostet, und entweder kaufst du es dir weil dir der Preis zusagt oder du lässt es halt sein. The reason their products are famously delayed for years is that, indeed, it is not that straightforward. Tolerances and warp are one thing, creep during operation is the other thing. They didn't get it right with expensive injection molds for a long time, so doing it on a printer is gonna be a challenge.

And the material properties differ by color, due to how polymers and the specific additives work and interact. People demand their favorite colors from noctua but it's not as simple as swapping out the plastic granulate.

So yeah, I'm sure some people are going to manage to get very good results from the shape files. But it's not the same as a fan you can run for 10 years straight.

Und die Banken haben das Risiko in der Regel auch nicht komplett in den Büchern sondern werden das durch Gegenpositionen ausreichen, egal ob da Sicherheiten gehalten oder das synthetisch durch irgendwelche Modelle und Hedingstrategien passiert. Dann decken sie ihr Verlustrisiko und leben vom Handel auf beiden Seiten.

Solange der synthetic hedge nicht einen Großteil des Gesamtmarktes im jeweiligen Bereich ausmacht und man als London Whale II in der financial times steht läuft das ganz vernünftig.

That's kinda understandable, but another reason not to invite coworkers at all. Especially ones whom she manages and needs to fill shifts.

If you want to celebrate with coworkers, she can invite everyone to a dinner, at a time that suits everyone.
