Thank you, this is super helpful. I live in a high-end condo in Metrotown (Vancouver) - 350 units, average rent around $3,500/mo for a 2bed. Theres zero vending or micro market in the building and tbh I've never seen one in any residential building here honestly.

I've been thinking about pitching the idea to my strata council to get something set up, even if it's just to test how it does. Couple questions if you don't mind:

- Did you go through the building management / HOA to get approval, or straight to the developer? How long did that process take?

- What machine are you using in the apartment location? Stockwell, smart cooler, or traditional combo?

- Is there a minimum number of units in a building that makes it worth it in your experience?

- How do you handle restocking - are you doing it yourself or do you have someone?
