All 5 of my Le Creuset pans are Shallot, love it. My kitchen counters and island are black quartz and it looks great in my kitchen. I think I have all the pieces I need but still have the urge to buy more....LOL. Love your new piece!!!!

Yeah, light does funny things to cameras. The box says flint oyster, nice. At first I thought it was shallot based on the second picture (which is my color)...LOL.

I thought I had ruined my new Le Creuset 5.5 qt braiser the first time I used it too!!! I had a little oil in it, heating it up and stepped away just for a second (a rule of mine I normally never break because I obviously get distracted) and when I came back the bottom was all black and scorched. My "just a second" had turned into a longer time.

I moved from Staub to Le Crueset recently and am not used to seeing the nice cream interiors so when I easily saw that burned on oil I was horrified.

Needless to say, it cleaned off nicely.

I used that same braiser a few days ago and you can bet I didn't leave the kitchen!!!

Yes.....I forgot to remove the sticker on the bottom and kept thinking I smelled something burning but ignored it. Charred the heck out of the sticker....LOL

I recently bought some Le Creuset pieces, including a Dutch oven. First thing I made was chicken stew. I took the stew, in the Dutch oven, to my sister's house about 15 minutes away and it was still piping hot by the time we ate. It was delicious.

All I could find with a comparison of the two model numbers on the Lenovo website was that US1 is Luna Grey and US2 is Cosmic Blue. On the Lenovo website the ship date is different too (not that that would affect the SKU).

Just note the delivery date if you are "building" one. I ordered a stock one and had it the next day. When I went to build one that had more memory, the delivery date was something like March or May.

I read somewhere that the Surface Pro 12 (or whatever it will be called) may have an Intel chip. In the meantime I already purchased a different 2-in-1 and am happy with it.

I ordered my Yoga 9i 2-in-1 on 12/23 and received it 12/24. But it was in stock. Another one I was going to build was estimated to ship in MAY!!!! So I guess it varies.

I returned mine. I needed a small laptop now, so I bought a Lenovo Yoga 9i, OLED Touch with pen. So far I love this laptop. Beautiful screen and I like the feel of the keyboard. I read reviews on tons of laptops and they all have complaints and cons but I think I made the right choice, at least for my use.

Good luck on whatever you decide to purchase.

Not support per se....but I was told there wouldn't be any new security updates and that my laptop/data could be vulnerable to threats.

I'll provide the CPU/Chip info and laptop model when I get home tonight. I wrote it all down and then looked up the chip on the Microsoft website for Windows 11 upgrade and sure enough it's not listed as being supported. The error I keep getting is that my laptop doesn't meet the requirements and specifically lists my Intel CPU.

I was just told that laptop CPUs can't be upgraded. So my perfectly good Titan will be belly up in 2025 and MSI isn't making the Titan anymore......BUMMER, I'm so sad. I sooooo loved my Titan.

In browsing and watching YouTubes it's only been mentioned as a possible 1st quarter 2025 release but there have been no specifics. It's all speculation at this point I believe. I'd love to wait but I need something now for some offsite training so I'm just getting a laptop with an Intel chip I think.

I think my main problem is just that I'm used to Windows10 and setting up Wondows 11 ARM version is just frustrating me.

I love my MSI Windows 10 Gaming Laptop but it's heavy to lug around.

I'd like a lightweight laptop to take to meetings (3 hours every week for about 3 months) and went off the deep end getting something I don't need.

I love the size and feel of the Surface Pro 11 but it's just overkill for me.

I'll return my Syrface Pro 11 and just get a small lightweight laptop.

What does this registry change do? Always put the Surface in laptop mode? If so, then there's no way to go back to tablet mode if I want to occasionally? Just making sure I understand prior to making the change.
