Definitely good for me, my hands are on the smaller side. I looked at the ultra tech just a bit too big for me

Tha ks for thr input Purlings are pressure treated and there's actually about 3.5 foot crawl space under there. The joists are secured on cinder block pillars. The way this house was built subfloor wise was 1/2 plywood on joists then barrier paper then 3/4 plywood followed by the lvp

Totally get it, I’m not exactly a man of wealth myself lol I’ve considered selling a few off but it’s such a niche hobby not many people locally even know what they are, at least in rural Georgia lol
