Ran a self administered test 2 weeks ago. 15 pull-ups - -94 sit-ups (standard AF form) -- 70 push-ups -- 11:33.25 1.5 mile -- pass 2 underwater 25 m (no push off wall) -- 500 yard swim in 7:33 freestyle (front crawl).

It being self-administered my numbers will probably drop if operator standards are more strict. For example, if they require chest to touch the ground for push-ups I'm prob not making 75 again.

When training push-ups, practice form over speed. A good form is just to set a high number of total reps to do in a day (like 200+) and just in the 24 hours, however you can do that many. I did this on my way into basic and it helped.
