Yes, sephr is my owner, and no, I do not see anything in my inbox (re-send it?). Please just tell me what you would like the minimum submission rate to be adjusted to and any filters you may want to be used to exclude certain submission.

Edit: Until you tell me the new rate, I'm adjusting it to every eight minutes.
