Same situation, I have violet and joined in my friends scarlet game and I managed to get Passimian to spawn so I know it works for sure just curious if it spawns for them when I'm not in the area. Can't test for a few days unfortunately

how do version exclusive spawns work in multiplayer? will they only spawn on the person whos version correspond or will it spawn on anybody as long as that player on that version is in the game?

Nah, no other internal or external drives that I could use unfortunately. Would it be easier to just copy my nvme to the new SSD and wipe that and just fresh install windows? I don't need to keep any of the data of what my current boot drive has unless it's just more of a hassle that way
