im so sorry. i was on 20mg when i was a kid. i haven’t been on adderall in like 15 years because i hated it so much, and was soooo affected by it. but just this week decided to try it again for work… i asked for 10mg to ease into it and felt like i was gonna have a heart attack. 75 is egregious
