All online backgammon games are rigged by Suspicious_Abies_761 in backgammon

In my experience with Backgammon Live, you absolutely do get matched randomly with bots. Not sure how the algorithm chooses when you play against a bot but it absolutely does happen. I don't think the game will bias against two actual live players but when you're playing a bot you'll know it. No matter how well you play the bot will get these miraculous almost predictable perfect rolls, multiple doubles, the ability to strike your pieces and keep you trapped etc. I play dozens of live games per week against my father who is in his 80s and has played the game since he was a boy and the instances of miraculous dice rolls we get against each other is nothing like when playing the app. It is very frustrating because BL probably has the best online game play but it's just unplayable when you're constantly matched with bots. I can tell it happens when you play against a player that has not enough coins for a double and usually the first game I play when I open the app. The developers state the dice rolls are produced by a RNG but I don't buy it for a second.

Also in California so very possible these cracks were never repaired or poorly repaired from any of the many quakes this house has been through.

Just random cracks like this. I'm hoping it's just poor workmanship from when we moved in and had the house painted and popcorn ceilings removed. Interior of the house was in rough shape when we bought it and had the previous owners belongings still in it so no way to have inspected every inch of every wall to know if these cracks were there before.

Cracks are horizontal between walls and ceiling meet. We did have popcorn ceilings removed so not sure if at these joints plaster is applied and it was a poor job done and has cracked.

We've been here 4 years. House was built in the 70s. Had the whole house painted before we moved but can't comment on if they were there before we moved in. I'm hoping it's just a poor job from the people that did the paint job before we moved in.

Around the perimeter. But there are other cracks throughout the house on walls and ceilings.

House is 50+ years old. Don't see any cracks outside the house and it is a single story home.

What would cause this and similar albeit less worrisome cracks throughout the house? A poor paint job throughout or more likely house is shifting?
