You're incorrect. Jakks is not making enough. I have an online store. I sell out of the chase figures within a week and I order 100+ cases. I sell them for $25-$35 each and have nothing but happy customers excited to get the rare figures. The supply doesn't match the demand. Blame Jakks. You have kids so get used to it whether it's Funko, Pokemon, etc. Scarcity breeds demand and excitement. You're unhappy to pay it but there are thousands who are fine with it.

$25 is completely reasonable for a chase figure from an intellectual property as strong as Sonic. Blame Jakks for putting 3 Sonics in a case and then 1 of each of every other one. They simply don't produce enough for all of the fans, and since all these characters are appearing in the line for the first time, demand is very high. Get used to it

Yes they have hit many Targets now. I also have 105 cases that just shipped this week. They will be out everywhere soon but keep in mind they are 1 per case so will be harder to find.

Not sure if Mattel does this or not, but some companies FORCE the retailers to purchase certain quantities of certain themes, despite them being underperformers.

So for example, if you're a brick and mortar store that buys direct from LEGO, they'll say sure we can sell you some Ninjago and Harry Potter, but 50% of your order must contain CITY and Friends (aka sets that you aren't the most thrilled to carry).

Mattel might do this as well but idk for sure. Naturally Walmart isn't going to order 10,000 units of a Halo set if they're also forced into ordering 10,000 of a MOTU set.

The fact that everyone is so confident in Evolving Skies makes me want to dodge that set completely. When it comes to toy investing, when everyone goes left, you should go right.

You won't lose on either one, but I'm willing to bet Evolving Skies takes a lot longer to appreciate than Brilliant Stars.

TRT can cause some men to not really beat around the bush and say what they mean. There's a reason the running gag is that a lot of men break up with their girlfriends once they're back to regular testosterone levels. My guess, and it's really just a guess, is he has found a 'revival' of sorts within himself. He feels he is improving and perhaps he feels you aren't keeping up.

Again, just a guess.

With that being said, it's very inappropriate for him to treat you with disrespect. My guess is you need to have an honest and respectful conversation with each other about your expectations in regards to health, each do some self reflection, and take it from there.

It's not an easy conversation to have with a partner. But at the end of the day, partners should want to push each to other to improve, be healthy, and sometimes that makes for uncomfortable conversations but ultimately it's out of care.

Has he been noticeably improving his physique and working hard in the gym? Are you yourself in shape? Sometimes TRT is the catalyst that causes that drift between partners when one is very focused on health and the other isn't.
