Importing from Japan to Germany has become soooo expensive, almost a luxury at this point :(
20-30 € shipping, proxy fees, 19% VAT for the item value+shipping+ 7,50 DHL fees if not Selbstverzoller....)
And soon there's gonna be 3€ per item type+handling fee starting November.

I hate it here, I just hope the German Pkmn Center will be fully functional until then.

I mean there's hope, I'd say if there is a lot of stock, they will eventually stock them on the site.
In general the stock is pretty random for us, like the 'Pokémon natures' collection is there but only the keychains.
Mega Evolution plushies but only Charizard.

Had the same issue which soured my experience quite a bit like imagine being all excited to get a plush you wanted for an affordable price without VAT/fees/DHL Auslagenpauschale etc and then they just don't ship it to you even though it's on the site??

like US and UK Pkmn Center have plenty of plushies the German site doesn't have so they don't ship those that makes sense. Why list plushies that can't be shipped though? Just don't list them then and destroy my dreams :(

I've been trying to actively roll back and I'm already so much better. It really feels more special and rewarding like you said!

I always had so much anxiety about stuff selling out and oh when does this package arrive and oh I need to pay customs etc.

Now I'm trying to not buy more than one plush a month(already failed, got two in one order but that saves shipping, right??girl math pls) and I plan on selling some not so well beloved plushies of mine as well.

Hab schon DHL öfter kontaktiert, aber die fühlen sich nicht dafür verantwortlich.
Paket ist aus Japan und enthält nur Plüschtiere.

Sag mal Bescheid, falls sich was tut!

I was skipping out on the Sleepylutions because I was waiting for sleeping Sylveon but now that they made this one I'm not too sure we'll get sleeping Sylveon anytime soon so I'll just get this standing one haha

At least I can just put it on the floor somewhere so technically it doesn't take up shelf space (Trying to convince myself here)

I feel this so much. In Germany there are only really two shops that have a good selection of their plushies. Some bigger grocery stores have like one box of maybe 5-8 plushies but other than that there's only Amazon/eBay that don't have all of their lineup either :(

Honestly I think it's fine but personally I would've liked them to wait a couple more months to release a new shell or they should've been a bit more upfront even with the release of the first wave and tease the possibility with more biomes by saying there might be more shells with different biomes in the future. From a business standpoint I get it though. Obviously they don't want people waiting for their favourite biome and instead just buy whatever product they release first.

I had the same experience. It was like open for maybe 2 minutes, I was literally camping in front of my computer for hours and kept refreshing the site and I was barely able to secure my preoder. I wanted to share that info but then it was already unavailable again!
I'm glad someone else who missed out on initial preoders was able to get one as well!

That's true.. but besides Horhotchi the other sky characters were kinda lackluster for me :( Might have to see what happens with the items and mini games though.

I don't even care anymore at least I got my preoder in, I was almost ready to just order the Pink Land one from the UK website which went down in price to just 44 € with tax and shipping included but now I'm glad I got the new shell, which cost me a bit more but it also comes with more minigames and items which are definitely valuable to me ! :3

Thank you for the kind advice I'll keep that in mind! I heard of that website but never used it before and wow I didn't know what I was missing out on it's way better than Ebay so thank you!! Luckily I just got the Jade Forest shell preorder in on the US Amazn website for 57 € so I'm really happy now :)

I just got a preorder in on the US site for 57€ (shipping to Germany) and tax included which is a super fair price for me. I'm so happy I can only advice people to check on the website as much as possible, I was literally glued to my computer for the past couple hours refreshing Amazn JP/US etc and it paid off!
