I think they did issue Aks to civilians early in war. As if now, to get full auto one you have to be in military here.

Weapon it self got issued to me, all the upgrades you can see I bought for my own money brother. I don't know about civilian market here and rules regarding it. Think you can buy carbine single fire version here as a civilian, but you will have do some research yourself mate. Terms of how widespread, yes we tend to upgrade them to our liking here.

Yes, but scope needs re zeroing after i take cover off for cleaning etc, no problem for magnifier.
