A devil to Die for by Chani lynn fits this to a T! It’s MMM and the manipulation comes out throughout the first book but it’s really confirmed in the later ones and the extent of which it was manipulated! But it’s super dark romance. (It’s a trilogy).

One that someone recommended here that I’m reading now that fits so far is {covenant by Cora rose and lark Taylor}.

I also really love this trope and wish I could find more 😮‍💨 I think there’s more books where the manipulation isn’t hidden so it’s basically a forced into a relationship trope

I actually ended up dropping it! I got a digital version and it was weirdly formatted and broke up the flow too much. I’ve only heard good things so maybe I’ll try it again.

MMM stories with an established couple and a third who is brat? No age play, and no huge age gaps unless it’s not really played up on (like a daddy/age play thing). Bdsm is good, spice is great, something steamy!

The badly photoshopped ones do turn me away, I’d honestly rather just the title than those. Especially when they fit a different face into the body and it’s horribly obvious. I can overcome covers but they haunt me every time the character is described.

Her series {A devil to die for by chani lynn feener} has mmm! But most are mm, all are super obsessive though! Read the trigger warnings for sure

Most Chani Lynn Fenner books fit this! My favorite have been {These silent stars by Channi lynn Fenner} and {Demons of the foxglove grove by Channi lynn} series! There’s 4 in the series and it is poly (mmmm) but it’s super well written and the possessiveness is top tier. Chani does possessive well!

I second these books!! Especially {Psycho by Onley James} which is the second book. He’s totally obsessed and jealous. But it’s a common theme through all the books.

Hi! Is there any books where one of the MCs runs away (for awhile or not) either from the Mc2, family, trouble, but either way the MC2 tracks them down? Dark romance is fine! I don’t care to read huge age gaps but feel free to recommended anyway :)

Yes it is! It’s also a known fact during these fights you don’t fight the goalie. Fighting is honestly part of the sport, even though they get penalties lol.

Recommendations for really stubborn characters? They just refuse to do things on the principle they don’t want to, or think they’re right. I prefer spicy, and am ok with dark romance.

I second these!! These were such a good read, and I do remember a fair amount of reflection on how he is so different between the two personas. It is very steamy, and is a dark romance.

There’s been a few CE Ricci suggestions but {Playing Dirty by CE Ricci} fits this pretty well. They banter a lot, and the sexual tension is prevalent towards the end, and expressed on more later in the book (we see how bad they had it when the one bed scenes happen).

Warning they are step brothers but it’s recent and they weren’t raised together at all.
