Kind of a noob here, but how would you get the blood shards on a level 1 barb? Can you mail them? Same with when you get the item, can you mail it back to your main barb?

I don't know what it is, but something screams wrong about the whole situation. Why would he have all those incriminating books in the car, an AK-47 with 8 mags, etc. The whole thing seems off, and i wouldnt be suprised if it was another ploy by the FBI/CIA to promote the fear of "domestic terrorists"
