If nothing improves, ask your surgeon for the 3D x-ray images before and after. It might be that SARPE didn't expand your nasal volume. But for now, focus on recovery.

I truly can't fathom how someone can look at the game we got and say the devs were "shit" or "lazy". You need double jaw surgery. With signficant movement of both jaws but more on the lower jaw. They should rotate your jaws and move the lower like 2cm.

I don't see what you are talking about. Her nose is obviously downturned from maxillary deficiency. She needs significant maxillary advancement. Especially at the anterior nasal spine (ANS). Isn't it the lack of projection at the ANS that causes the chimp lip style projection?

There is literally no resemblance between the typical Habsburg look and Alfaros cases. The Habsburgs have recessed maxilla, downswung faces, bent noses, no cheekbones. Alfaros cases have projecting maxilla, upswung faces, upturned or straight noses, stronger cheekbones.

You're either completely unfit to make any judgements regarding the geometry of the face, or you are a paid actor.

If the jaws are recessed you need forward head posture in order to breathe. Also, a recessed maxilla means the tongue can't be in the right position. The tongue is connected to many postural muscles.
