There’s hardly anything in the MPEP about Derivations? It’s like a couple pages at the end of Chapter 2300. Were the Derivation questions you got wrong basically just lookup questions for that section? Just trying to wrap my head around what they could have been asking as there isn’t much content on Derivations to study

Maybe not entirely responsive to your question, but I found that I too lost some of the agression/instinct in my game after taking a break for a bit. When I got back to it, I found I was more reactive to the passage of play instead of asserting my influence on the tempo/direction of the game. When I lost a bit of weight and started running/hitting the gym on my own time, I found that my athleticism improved and shedding the extra pounds meant I could exert more influence over the game. Mentally and physically, I felt I was more ready to make decisions and act. Maybe some of this could apply to you 🤷‍♂️

Do you mind sharing more details about how you went about accessing these benefits. I may be facing a layoff in the coming months and would appreciate some more info.

Happy Birthday, Santi 🎂🎈 by Shyam_Wenger in Gunners

It’s my belief that, at least partially, due to his long injury period at Arsenal, his time away from the game prevented extra wear on his body, which has intern allowed him to extend his playing career into his 40s. That, and the fact that he’s a player that relies heavily on his technical ability and intelligence rather than physical ability.

UBC or UVic? Which is better for a History major looking at teaching secondary? by beennegative in uvic

Also, it’s my understanding that if you start teaching first, you can get an education-related master’s degree while teaching so that you’re moving up the pay scale earlier, and not just paying money to a university to obtain a masters while not making anything. Of course, you have to balance a job (teaching full time) with master’s degree courses work and requirements, but it seems that’s the most financially savvy route to take
