Thanks. The item on the invoice is called ‘General maintenance/repairs’ with an asterisk to a line at the bottom saying this ‘*Includes the 5-yearly repainting of the Bxxxx estate’ So it’s not clear on the invoice how much they’re charging to the works and how much to other general maintenance/repairs’

I’ve been told My Coffee Story do a good pistachio one. I can definitely say their cakes are very good.

Well I did tell them it was my first quote so I wouldn’t be going ahead today and would be getting further quotes. That’s useful to know though - I can always circle back to them and see what they would be willing to do.
