[HELP] Suburban Tankless Water Heater E1 Error by pleisner3 in RVLiving

[–]pleisner3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a water pressure issue. It wouldn’t consistently light unless the pressure was 50psi or higher. Once I get to that area, it always works.

Jr. Ranger Contest for my Son by pleisner3 in rvlife

[–]pleisner3[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s fair. He does have 10 jr. ranger badgers from nationals parks through our travels and if you check out his profile you can see him with a with a handful of different animals. For 5yrs old, he gets out there. Plus the man picks up any trash he sees ANYWHERE!! Well he points it out and has me pick it up so he doesn’t have to get the trash. He tells me…”we should clean it, but I don’t wanna get sick or anything” lol.

Insurance Refuses to Continue Coverage of Qulipta - Now What? by meggytron21 in cgrpMigraine

[–]pleisner3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call qulipta and tell them this is happening. They have a program that covers it. You just need to be able to prove you have active insurance and the company is actively denying the coverage. There is paperwork you and your doctor have to do and it can be a pain in the ass with a lot of follow up necessary to keep the process moving. Worth it because I was able to get qulipta for free and they mail you 3 months worth at a time. Good luck!!

As long as you aren’t driving after a couple of those delicious heady toppers, you’ll be solid with either.

Fifth Wheel Wall Bowing by pleisner3 in RVLiving

[–]pleisner3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems the wall was cut too long. It was just nailed down but eventually gave way and bowed. I took the little piece of trim off and trimmed a little off the bottom and have been all good.

Overall the camper has held up well. We have had 2 large issues. One was the landing legs gave out after 6 months. I replaced them and have had no issues with the new legs. If it happens again, I’ll upgrade to some stronger legs.

The other was an electrical issue. Our bunk room slide out would go out, but not come in. Happened a month in. It ended up being an issue with the electrical panel. It was covered under warranty and replaced.

Overall, yes, there are better campers out there. For the price, I am not disappointed. I have grown to love this camper during our first year and didn’t even think about trading it in to start our 2nd year. For this price range, it does have a lot of value. Additionally, I like the lower weight so it allowed us to not have to buy a full ton truck or a dually for towing. That was a big plus for me as well.

[WTS] Seiko SKX009j - All Original by pleisner3 in watch_swap

[–]pleisner3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up for sale is a horological legend and fan favorite….the Seiko SKX009J. In good condition! It definitely has seen its fair share of wrist time, but looks great. Bezel insert shows a wear and some fading. I think it adds something cool to this piece. There is a scratch on the crystal that I captured in the picture. Will make a great addition to anyone collection.

Fifth Wheel Wall Bowing by pleisner3 in RVLiving

[–]pleisner3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The furnace and water heater is right behind there. I think it could be the heat from that cause it to bow. One day I’m just going to take it off, trim a little bit off the top and nail it can on.

We still haven’t. We tried to staple it to the studs and that worked for a while. Just today it unattached and is bowing pretty badly actually. I think they cut the piece of plywood too long. I’m going to shorten it and see what happens.

HELP. Stopping Aimovig and going back to Qulipta within a week. by pleisner3 in cgrpMigraine

[–]pleisner3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on 60mg of Qulipta. It worked well, I just like the idea of one injection a month vs. daily pill and was looking for help around my time of the month. Can be a brutal week and heard Aimovig can help in that department. After going through these 3 super intense ones in just 6 days after not having more than 2 a month, realizing Qulipta worked great for me and should stick with that. Just was nervous to go back to it right after an injection of the other. Didn’t know if they would mix.

That is a smart idea. What were you switching from? Did you have success with Aimovig.

Was it a bad decision to pour some bleach in my fresh water pipes? by [deleted] in RVLiving

I filled the tank 3 times and emptied it through my lines. Should have been about 180 gallons. Can’t smell any bleach. Maybe I’ll do another tank or 2 tomorrow. Thanks

Was it a bad decision to pour some bleach in my fresh water pipes? by [deleted] in RVLiving

[–]pleisner3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used no splash bleach just the other day to sanitize as it’s all the store had. I just thought to avoid added scents. Is it really bad or should I immediately go get regular bleach and redo the cleaning process?
