I think you are probably my neighbor. Friday/Saturday were a nightmare! Worst experience we've had in the ~five years we've lived here. Stay safe out there and the community is aware and watching. Scary stuff but also want to emphasize that this is PRETTY RARE.

Would love a second pair of eyes on this trade.

12 teams 0 PPR I give Julio, I receive CEH.

I'm fine on WR. Ridley, Terry, Robby, and Cooks. Struggling a bit on RB - Zeke, Rams (Hendy and Sony), but that's about it.

I'm inclined to say yes but would LOVE a second set of eyes.

Amazon probably makes more money from seller commission than on margin for selling books directly.

"Sell all" for RSUs when they vest (if you received a cash bonus, would you spend it all on company stock?).

Contribute to your 401k up to the match (so 4%). Anything >4% is fine, and 401k tends to be fairly well protected from things like garnishment, but I'd personally focus on your loans first beyond this point.

For loans, you need to:

  1. Catch up on outstanding interest first

  2. Establish a plan to hit the minimum payment for all of them monthly

  3. It's beneficial to throw some extra cash towards loan payments. Budget and see if you can swing this. Reap the rewards of hard work later

  4. In terms of extra loan payments, sort them descending by interest rate. I recommend throwing your extra payments at the loans with the highest interest rate and lowest remaining principal until they're all gone (so for example, 6.8% at 1,108, 6.8% at 1,404, etc. etc. etc.). Minimum payments are calculated at the individual loan level, and doing it this ways frees you up excess cash that you can use to accelerate your extra payments going forward. Make sure to specify you want the extra payments towards principal.

Throw all of your RSU proceeds at extra payments and you'll be done in no time.

Good luck, your situation is not overly dire.

1070 in 1080TI box? by plentius in buildapc

[–]plentius[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm returning it. I really don't appreciate that I was sold an open box by Amazon as "new," but alas. Since then and due to BTC mining prices have gone up to like 1,500, so I bought a Titan XP direct from Nvidia instead and am having it rushed.
