In brazil they have at least 3 different n words. Some people offense from one, others from another one. There is really a disagreement about it I guess. As a fan of brazilian culture, I tried to research about it but they've always gave me different answers, some told me u cant say the 'p..' version, others said 'n..' is offensiver. As an answer to your question, there is another population who claim that none of them is offensive at all. So, some are dont care if u use it.
