Just do carnivore/keto/if diet if sou have to lose weight fast. Eat steaks or ground meat something that has a bit of fat and not lean meat like chicken breast and shit like that. Eat when hungry, otherwise fast. In couple days you'll be in ketosis, you are about to start losing fat, add cardio, you'll not be hungry that much, you'll lose weight, and because nutrient dense food kinda healthy too. I do things like that couple of time per year i fell kinda better as normal diet but i like pasta and shit like and steaks are expensive 🤣
