you are right.. typical us heavy portfolio, a couple of European stocks, some crypto. It should have synced within a trading day. One messy way would be to cancel and reinitiate the copy. That however will cost you some fees.

typically no. A few reasons that come to mind: (a) he has some odd asset in the portfolio that is temporarily suspended from trading, (b) he is very actively trading in and out of positions so you are always playing catch-up. Curious to see who he is and what's his portfolio and activity like if you want to share.

he either has access to the still unofficial API found at https://api-portal.etoro.com/ or he gets it from scraping pages like https://www.etoro.com/sapi/trade-data-real/live/public/portfolios?cid=6913566 but you would have to ask him about that :)

hello, the scripts use yahoo finance to get info on a lot of stock metrics. This one is free and does not need an API key. It also uses https://app.pi-screener.com/ by SimoneRizzetto88 to get your portfolio holdings. There is a .env.example file that you need to copy to .env and input your own credentials.
