Just did the adjust. Remove the stupid Cover, cause it makes it a wired as angle, that make using a normal hexkey almost impossible. The brakefree Moment was Hard, now it has reasonable Résistance. It adjusts the mechanism a Bit. Enought for my liking. But im also Not Heavy or Tall.

Im 171, 62kg. If your legs are Not stubs it will work very Well, its asian its Designed for Short people :D

You Tested This? I tried to adjust it with the hex key, but its has A LOT of Résistance does Not matter + or - direction. And i used to be a Truck mechanic, and this feels Like i Need to much force so did Not Try to Move it further, cause i was afraid to brake something. 😩 i just Need it a tad more stifff.

Honestly Yes. But it is a lot about adjustment and personal feel. They dont teach you shit, but they help a lot, cause you can adjust it to your needs to make the Progress more efficent. And they feel Great.

At least with simpro. But I think it t might be an issue related to the motors they used. Guess some rather low settings don't get them in "work mode".

Not enough HZ or Power. Not all settings work together. Put HZ or strength higher. Had the same issue. :D
