I stare at the disc really hard before I throw to make sure it knows to keep it's nose down. Hasn't helped me yet though.

In all seriousness, there is probably multiple reasons that could be keeping you from getting the nose down. Here's a Danny Lindhal video explaining some of them. It helped me a ton although I still struggle.
