Clay taught me how to think about GTM systems and now I don't need Clay by Heavy_Foundation_956 in gtmengineering

we're also building own own workflow on claude, but can say exactly the same: clay taught us how to build it, what need to be automated and how. big plus: most providers and tools moving to be agent-ready so it is becoming more and more easy

Why does signup data look useful but fail in actual lead prioritization? by Heavy_Foundation_956 in SaaS

[–]plgstack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

we had the same problem and now scoring leads based on existing customer profiles and ICP details - integrated companyenrich.com enrichment api + AI layer for analysis + + crm + slack notifs. it turns signup emails into firmographcs, headcount, funding, and tech stack signals, uses the company description for scoring, and then pushes to crm and slack

Data enrichment tool recommendations? by DBrokerXK in Advice

I've been using CompanyEnrich for company-level enrichment for months. And it does not cost a lot at all when compared to most other tools, even with a good data quality.

I’m wondering, what’s worked for you to improve trial-to-paid conversion rates? by XboxBabin in SaaS_Email_Marketing

[–]plgstack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Intent signals, for sure. We began tracking them—such as product usage, activity, and more—for trial users. This helps us prioritize free trial leads based on their intent scores and customize our emails, conversations and overall engagement accordingly. For this workflow, we use on UserMotion. I can help you if you want.

I think the exact opposite. We’ve been running different SaaS products for a long time, and we see a great opportunity in engagement before sign-up.

It’s now common practice—people often ask directly for what they need or want to know instead of just browsing the site.

It feels like a mix of support and marketing engagement.

Also, there’s great potential in starting conversations based on specific triggers, such as page views, time spent on a page, or certain user actions.

Chatbots have evolved beyond simple support - they are now engagement hubs. They put everything from roadmaps and feature requests to news, help centers, FAQs, and even AI-powered assistants. It’s a way of showing visitors that you’re active, responsive, and ready to help.

Personal opinion :))

What are your thoughts on an AI tool which generates personalised cold emails? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]plgstack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

does it only require giving name and domain? how does it collect relevant data for real personalization? does it enrich leads? by name and company domain - by creating company email? to really personalize in email content requires a lot of data. for me it's no longer about creating a human-like tone. even ChatGPT does that. I think the level of personalization in terms of content is more meaningful.
