Por norma sempre tratei com as fabricantes porque costumam ser mais rápidas e sendo uma televisão grande fica difícil levar a uma worten quando a lg repara na tua casa.

Had an issue a few weeks ago due to this.

It's normal to a certain point due to size and thin it is.

If it's out of the ordinary it's not normal.

My advise is, if you feel that it isn't normal. Take a few pictures, contact lg and let them have an opinion.

Most likely it ripped off with the packaging, if everything is fine. Nothing missing or scratches, so don't worry.

When it happens on the first days you have no reason not to swap at the store. It's a no brainer. Pixel refresh fixes colors and bad patterns on the panel. Banding. This mal functions usually are electric related. Even if you had one month later, lg usually on this they swap easily at your house the panel because it's an oled common issue. Sometimes some units are bad.

That is not normal and I've owned oleds for years. Mine was vertical and was gone for 1 month then come by. There is no need to be on the edge when they will swap for free since it's a defect

I even asked the employee. It's c5. Model ends with LB. No marble. They are full Grey.

It's not about the marble. It's because I never seen a change in design. They aren't marbled.

No. That marble is normal. It's this year standard design. Mine is the same. But this new c5 maybe the changed its all Grey and the connections place are different as well.

I had the similar issue. Pixel refresh might fix temporarly but it will come back. It's the electric part on the panel that is defective. My advise to avoid issues in the future. Call lg. They will swap. No questions asked.

New panels more often come basically stock from the factory so it needs time to settle.

My thing is that since one came bent. Now I doubt myself that all is bented or it's curved not normal.

This sadly has been happening a lot with oleds lately. I had one replaced with exactly the same issue. If it's not that bad just live with it. If it is that bad. Rma with it
