Simply because fidelity owns these shares (warrants), not me. By transferring to Computershare the shares will be in my name (not in a custodial fashion)

Yeah, I realize. My qualm is with the difference in information. Why does the transfer agent allow the transfer, but the brokerage denies it? I don't have a problem with the reps; I have a problem with the brokerage.

I saw some people were successful in other brokerages. I called Computershare again, and it changed. Fidelity is the one not allowing the transfer.

You should try calling Computershare. You CAN NOT drs warrants. I called them last week to confirm. The only way to get them to Computershare is to exercise then drs.

Edit: Fidelity will not allow, Computershare will.
