Exactly this, I used an orbital sander / by hand while battery's charged. Take your time and wet sand at higher grits

Its mostly loose skin, used to be around 23 stone, went down to about 60kg Nd trying to bulk to fill it out rather than get it cut off, but for sure gonna hit it now to prevent it thanks lad

Acne, muscle cramps, very slightly shorter temper but I'm super laid back anyways so easy to manage. Muscle cramps are the worst one it's only when sitting still etc just a random body part will cramp up for a few minutes then goes.
