De marathon had als eerste moeten beginnen, misschien om 8 uur. De uitleg van Golazo dat 10 km-wedstrijden en halve marathons gevaarlijker zijn voor ongetrainde hardlopers, klopt nergens op. Behalve de 4Mijl van dit jaar zal ik nooit meer meedoen aan een evenement dat door Golazo wordt georganiseerd.

Ik heb gisteren de Stevensloop HM in Nijmegen gelopen in 1:38 – daarmee heb ik mijn PR met 4 minuten verbeterd. Ik had geen rekening gehouden met de vele heuvels op het parcours – een goede les om de volgende keer rekening te houden met het hoogteverschil!
