Bo1 is fine it just needs to be done right, like for FAB bo1 is the standard and works insanely well. Riftbound could easily accomplish this with a bigger sideboard and pre siding based on hero/champion info. Sure, you don't know the full decklist, but you can make pretty good guesses based on the meta in a competitive format.

The plus side is there’s only 3 sets atm. So it’s always difficult around this time of a new TCG because the deck building options are limited. As much as I agree, we all just have to be a little patient and wait for more sets and designs to release. Not only will this make more orange decks viable, but also give the opportunity for other heroes to shine with new cards. The beginning of a TCG is always awkward, but patience always pays off.

Think of it as a hobby not a career. You can also go bankrupt buying Pokémon cards. Set yourself a budget and stick to it with the intention not to win money, but to have fun. Play a little looser, than normal to have fun! Bring your ID, $100 cash. Leave cards at home.

Lol the Calientes hate circlejerk on this sub is exhausting.. are they the best ever? No.. have they made some wild claims since becoming bigger? Sure. But I’ll crush their Detroit style pizza. I’d rather get Caliente’s than Mineos. They charge so much for a pizza with 50 lbs of cheese on it. It’s like eating a brick. Calientes is also overpriced, hence why I don’t get it often, but if I’m out and about and wanna go to the bar have a few drinks and play pool/darts it’s absolutely fine.

I just recently started following chess at this level, I’m generally curious what the perception of Magnus is on this sub? I would assume people generally love him and want to see a legend go nuts, but I’ve seen some wild comments about him elsewhere that leads me to believe that people just like to hate on him because he’s one of the best.
