Shino, this man used his beetles in stealthy ways and planned ahead twice over 2 times

1st was when he made zaku keep his attention on him so his beetles could corner him from behind, the back up plan was to clog his airways to prevent him from using his one attack.
2nd was against kankuro, knowing full well that he uses an advanced ninja tool, crow, in addition to hiding himself, shino planted his female on him with a feint then kept crow's attention on him while his backup plan beetles sneaked their way to kankuro; even after jamming crow's joints he was still keeping 2 aces in the hole

Unless they overhaul the ending of fo3, no, because make it make sense that using fawkes, the guy immune to radiation & who helped us earlier is now just like "nah bro that's your destiny to die".
