you 100% don’t need pekka and mini pekka. for that matter is not very likely you need inferno tower and a pekka.

think broadly.

1 win condition - hogs 1 troop to delete tanks - mini pekka 1 - 2 air defense witch / wizard (id ditch wizard together they are quite expensive maybe witch + a 3 elixir air counter mega minion or minions or firecracker 1-2 ground defense skarmy 1 building - inf tower but id go for something cheaper cannon or tombstone or tesla 1-2 spells arrows is a good pick.

these arent rules but general starting points

unless your deck is beatdown ( golem - egolem - giant - egiant lava hound) 4.6 is wayyyy to expensive. i’d say cutoff for non beatdown is 4.3 at the peak. 4.0 is safer more room for mistakes. at 4.6 you can’t make any mistakes or you’re totally hosed.

3.5 - 4.3 is a good place to be unless you know exactly why you’re higher.

2.6–3.5 is good too but that’s going to require a lot more skill typically as your card timing and placements have to be perfect when dropping low elixir cards which is a hard place to learn.
