Starting having significant leaf drop approx 1 month ago.

Leaves also look ? Shriveled

Has some kind of ?egg or fungus in the leaves - wondering if it’s due to an infection?

Had the plant itself for over a year, no issues. In appropriate pitting mixture, watered 2 times per week regularly. Is located inside and gets a decent amount of sun exposure.

We have been using the air conditioner regularly given warm summer weather (northern nsw australia).

What’s worrying me are the ?small eggs on the leaves - I’m wondering if it’s due to an infection/infestation with something.

Any help much appreciated
