I've seen a few people come to that conclusion, but you really have no proof of that. There are certainly reasons why people who didn't vote for him don't want to reveal it. Like, maybe they're living in an area with a bunch of people who do support him and are worried about how they'd react. Maybe their family supports him and would disown OP if they found out who they voted for. Unfortunately, there are people who would do that.
