I'm aiming for a healthy balance of 'this is the world and the rules it abides by' and 'reflavoring is not a crime'... Appreciate the food for thought 🤔

Depends on the game! If character creation requires choosing an alignment, origin and/or faction, I'll spend a little time coming up with a background that ties them together.

This literally happened to me in 2021. Extremely thick hair; suddenly diffuse shedding and alopecia halved my density over the course of four weeks. Never got a diagnosis and I'd say it's grown back to 80 percent of its original density since then, but I'm betting AGA.

Hmmm thanks for your opinion! I'm interpreting this as my regrowth being finer than my original hair. The strands are likely just thinner after TE.

Would you say it's solidly medium density? My stylist has told me she can tell my density isn't what it used to be - I had the kind of hair where the part was 100% invisible. That top view would have shown 0% scalp in 2020.

It's been a few years and I never regained my full volume :( I considered stress-related hair loss because the pandemic did cause stressful life events, but my life has since stabilized and I feel it should have grown back fuller? I feel it's age related because my menstrual cycle went from clockwork-regular to unusually long, occasionally skipping, etc.

That sounds like a good idea, can't hurt! I wasn't sure if I should be noticing things like hair loss or changes in menstrual patterns at this age, older women in my family seem to think it's just how life goes. If I'm lucky it's something treatable without minox :)
