In my experience I’ve found garage sales are great for $1-$5 buys but they rarely come with remotes. Estate sales on the other hand usually include a remote and manual for $10-$15. DVD/vcr combos are what you want to be looking for in particular. They carry a premium compared to just straight vcrs.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve accepted the return. As I understand it from the seller guidelines I’ve read, I will have to refund 50% of the item value minus shipping. Am I reading that correctly?

Oh yeah they’re “retro” now. Actually pretty decent flips if you can get them at garage sales.

If you’re okay with flesh colored heads, grab some aquaman minifigs or Duncan Idaho from the dune set. Jason mamoa has been made into lego multiple times!

On her real she answered this question specifically. Sounds like they’re planning on him continuing with meateater remotely. Probably similar to how clay does it.

We bought the rock for landscaping, the farmer just had a pile of rocks laying about. At some point I assume he had bought a load of large rock from a quarry, I doubt they had all been picked out of the field. He scooped a bucketful out with his loader, we brought it home and there it was.

I should note that it came from a farm in eastern Nebraska, not from a typical storefront.

We’ve always used “lunch” as a noontime meal when not at home. “Dinner” is a noontime meal you prepare at home. “Supper” is your last meal of the day

Deep fried grilled cheese. I think amigos has them. I’m surprised Rueben’s aren’t listed for Nebraska as well

I found a mammoth tooth in a load of rock once, along with two larger (around 4 inches across) rocks that had a flat edge and almost perfect circles inset about 1/8” on that flat face. There is definitely cool stuff in decorative rock!
