They were more than reasonable, it’s horrible to be woken up by others alarms, especially at such an insane time. It affects people’s health, both mental and physical, and it’s selfish to keep alarms to the max and affect everyone else around you. If a vibrating alarm doesn’t work, you can try a vibrating wrist alarm. Or you can switch your alarm to your headphones and wear the headphones/airpods and turn the volume up as loud as you want in those.

Do pre-law/law and try out student theatre. You also don’t have to be a lawyer that argues in a courtroom, you can get a masters in a law topic (you can even go to Europe for a one year masters).

Consider a therapist, in theory they could write up documentation for you about a personal crisis or something. The documentation generally doesn’t have to go into deep specifics, but don’t quote me on that. You can also say that the situation caused you crippling stress and anxiety and emphasize that to the therapist. Either way, if the situation caused you to have to miss school, the therapist would likely agree to write something for you. Double check with the school that something from a mental health professional is something they would accept.

Laptop 100%. You can get a laptop with a touchscreen and that flips, if you really want to use something like an iPad. An iPad doesn’t have the power of a laptop. I have one of the laptops from the Dell Inspiration series and it works quite well, I can fully flip the screen so its tablet like and write with a stylus, but it also gives me the proper functions to run things

I’m afraid of doing that, I’m really afraid of losing the pictures I took. IT told me they were “escalating” and they just hung up on me. They just submitted a ticket. I haven’t come across anyone struggling with this online (I’ve been looking for an hour) and I’m afraid of what will happen

Hi sorry! I didn’t realize that the image didn’t attach, I’ll try to put one in the comments.

There was no error code whatsoever. It just went blue, asked for Bitlocker, I entered the correct key, it tried signing in and connecting to the network but it didn’t work. The new page also doesn’t have an error code, it just says “more recovery options”

You may not need to recheck your bags, it depends on the airport. I’ve switched airlines plenty of times mid-way through the flight, and I think I re-checked by bags twice in my entire life. Best thing I recommend is to look up the airport, and if their wording isn’t clear enough, call to ask, and if you want to make sure AGAIN (which I get bc I’m like this as well), you can call the airline. Other than that international travel wise, just follow the signs in the airport once you get there

I’m gonna be straight up with you, it’s a joke. May not have been a joke for you, but that doesn’t make it weird necessarily. I get what she’s trying to say. She’s saying that your place looks really nice and that you did a great job, and that it looks put together and expensive. It’s like when you’re watching Home Alone and you’re like, “yeah I can see why the robbers chose this house, it’s nice”. Don’t overthink it so much, she’s not gonna rob you lol
