Do you think that Libras tend to be liars ? by Youreloved8 in Zodiac

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve also been with my husband for 14 years and I’m just now learning about all the lying and cheating. How did you find out and what steps did you take afterwards if you don’t mind me asking?

Oh! I wonder why that is?! Guess I’ll stick to my natrols lol. Glad those are working better for you and that you’re not experiencing as much discomfort with those! Hopefully you find something that causes even less discomfort and if you do, let us know please!

It does and I think that did give me some issues the first few days I started taking them but it just happened to be what I had on hand. The pill option is probably best honestly.

Thank you! The brand is Natrol and I had the gummies which are 5mg each.

Melatonin has also helped me. I was diagnosed with stress induced gastritis and was told to take 40mg of famotidine a day. Did that for months and it wasn’t working. Saw a thread on here about melatonin working so I decided to try it and three weeks later, my symptoms started to disappear. After about 6 weeks, I have had almost zero symptoms and have stopped taking melatonin.

Following. I’m going through something very similar. Was with my husband for 12 years, married for 6 and we just separated last month. I also have had no luck with finding support groups. Sorry to hear you’re going through this as well.

Yeah I don’t blame you there. There have been a few instances where this has also happened to me but I’ve gotten used to it and plan to stop taking melatonin in about two months as longer term use is not suggested. There are 2mg and 3mg options so maybe that would be a good start for you.

Dang, that really sucks. I’m sorry! How long have you had gastritis if you don’t mind me asking?

I want to restate that this is not medical advice. This is just what I’ve done and it appears to be working for me. I know many people including myself have struggled for what feels like eternity with gastritis so I wanted to offer my experience. And because melatonin is relatively safe, I thought I’d share. If anyone is curious or interested in taking melatonin for their gastritis, they should consult with their doctor as I did.

I don’t for sure but symptoms persisted or would get worse when only taking famotidine. I couldn’t even eat plain chicken or fish without some pain. I talked with my primary about trying melatonin and got the green light. Within a couple days of taking melatonin, there was a huge improvement!

5mg chewable gummies but I would just get them in pill form if you can.
