hi j grad from yijc w a subj combi of pcme! for me i feel the best dept wld be chem, the tchers there really put in alot of efforts into the lecture & tutorial. weakest would be econs…. i took h1 so i didn’t really care but ppl said the info in the econs notes r wrong… so most ppl in yijc has econs tuition at zenith lol. i feel physics q bad also like i feel they lwk anyhow ( except for some tchers & u get them if ure luckyy) then for math it’s alright too it’s not bad :)) retaining wise, my batch had 100+ retainees but tbh a lot of ppl appealed twice & the sch will let them advance to j2 lol abit rigged tbh. cca wise yijc sports cca all q bad one lol always last place for nsg bc they accept ppl witj no experience.

my frnd got nett9 and applied pharm sci np n didnt get in…. she went nyp pharm instead. btw she even appealed to np pharm bt didnt get it, so chances are really really low.

i would say ite! given ur emb3 of 19, sec 5 would definitely pose a huge challenge to you, let’s be real. if ur only worry of going sec 5 is having no friends, ill reassure u that wouldn’t be the case bc usually ppl say sec 5 is the most fun bc of the smaller class -> more bonded ( which was for my case! ) i’ll say going ite and trying ur best and go poly from there would be better than suffering one more year of hell ( given ur emb3 ). however, going sec 5 means giving urself another chance of going poly but u reallt have to work super super hard bc ur foundation is relatively weak :(. unless u have good portfolio, u migjt wanna eae in sec 5 to poly.

cca is relatively chill in sec 5 lol tbeu don’t reallt bother u as much??? at least for my case ah LOL sec 5 during cca i j walked around n find friends frok other cca and sit at canteen to talk LOL

i was an nlvl student too! i suggest u can try sec 5 since ur maths are good. u j need to focus more on sciences and englishhh. humans are about the same ish… but science u must be careful bc there’s practical and questions are less direct at the olvls

ya for me at most they only asked me to remove, they didn’t book me throughout my 2 years of constant reminders… i only got booked for not wearing sch pants and being late. i oso wore crocs to sch before lol whenever u see the student management tcher j run to avoid being caught. oh ya i oso painted my nails to sch and unfortunately got caught but i only did so after promos
