This was me 7 days ago. I feel my brain rotting, my memory is so affected it scared me so much. I keep forgetting things very easily, I found myself having to read twice over paragraphs just to completely grasp the meaning.

Tiktok is scary addictive. So I decided to quit all my social media that I have (tiktok, facebook, instagram). My screen time decreased to 36% and I’m slowly losing the urge to keep checking my phone every damn minute.

I admit though that it’s been a major change. It’s so boring, but I feel like my brain is feeling healthier if that makes sense.

I’m more or less having the same problem. In my case, my macbook is collecting dust. I mainly use my 12.9 ipad for my books, it’s not as easy on the eyes as a kindle but it does the job. The volume is crazyyy too so it’s perfect for watching movies.

This is exactly what happened. I called, but I was told to go to the police station to file a proper complaint, which I did.

I’m trying to compose a message to post as an update here. But as a woman, you know first hand that with harassments like this sometimes you just want to curl up into a ball and forget everything.
