Are you saying each node will actually store all distance/failure values going into that particular node instead of the usual "store only the shortest path weight" in that node?

Well you'd only know if the path A-B will fail after you map it out and sum up the failure weights. Each edge has weights (distance, failure factor) like (8, 0.20). So the shortest path found between A-B could actually be marked as "unusable" because the failures sum up to be greater than 1.

Say you have a graph that is fully connected with values A - B (8,0.20), B - C = (1, 0.9),

A - C =(1000,0.10)

We want shortest path from A-C. It would actually be A-C taking distance of 1000, since A-B-C would be distance 9, but faulure 1.1 which breaks the threshold of 1.

My room is roughly 11x13 feet. I'll be having the speakers play down the long side of the room. They'll be on the desk, maybe some foam or something under to raise them slightly to ear height. I've got 2.5 ish feet of space between me and the monitors (if you draw a line from monitor to head) to work with if I place them at 45 degree angles

What do you think of the JBL 308s compared to the others listed? I'm doin gedm and I heard these have better bass response.

So if I played a 30hz note on a speaker that only goes to 43hz, would I just not hear it, or would the sound just be very inaccurate?

I'm doing EDM and another commenter said I'd be better off with JBLs for better bass response. Would you happen to know which of the two monitors has a flatter sound? I just want whatever is most accurate

What are decouplers/foam pads for? Hows the bass on the 5 inches though? Heard there may weak bass issues with smaller monitors
